Bent Jensen will remain active and involved in LINAK Holding as the Board of Directors and the many LINAK initiatives in the local community (such as Nordborg Resort). His passion for, and involvement in, LINAK product development and strategic direction remains unchanged.
A familiar face will take on the role of CEO
Magnus Conradsen, currently President of LINAK US, will succeed Bent as the new CEO of LINAK A/S. Magnus is a deeply respected leader with 19 years of experience within LINAK in Denmark, China and the United States.
His strong understanding of the business and the culture makes him exceptionally well suited to lead LINAK into the future.
In addition to ensuring strong business results, Magnus – together with the rest of the leadership team – will continue to build on the values that Bent Jensen has established over the last 50 years. Magnus sees significant opportunities for continued development and growth for LINAK.
It’s not because I no longer care about LINAK – LINAK has, in a very positive way, been a huge part of life for both me and my family, and that will continue. With Magnus as my successor, LINAK is in very good hands.
My wife has been involved from the very beginning and believed in the project. She has had many different roles at LINAK over the years and is now Chair of the Board. My children grew up with LINAK and look back on an exciting childhood with LINAK almost as a family friend.
After 50 years, I look forward to being able to do something different on an ordinary weekday morning, when the sun is shining and the sea is calm. With Magnus chosen as my successor as CEO, LINAK is in good hands, and I promise that, through my work on the Board, I will continue to take good care of LINAK for many years to come.
