CBH Advanced

The HOMELINE® CBH control box family is an optimum choice for a wide range of bed applications using linear actuators. The control box family features two boxes: the Basic control box for 2-channel solutions in economy beds and the Advanced control box featuring up to three channels for linear actuators and up to two channels for massage motors - mainly designed for beds with more features and options.

The CBH has the same size whether it is a Basic or an Advanced control box and both versions are low power units. The CBH must be connected with an external power supply. From an environmental view, the CBH is a good choice as the CBH system has extremely low power consumption in standby mode: only 0.1W.

The CBH Advanced is compatible with the linear actuators LA27 , LA31 and LA40, MD1 massage motors and wireless handsets. The external power supply can be the SMPS001 (EU), the SMPS002 (US) or the universal SMPS006. The optional CBH Advanced features extra accessories, such as Under Bed Light, or can be combined in parallel systems. The CBH Advanced is compatible with the Bluetooth Adapter, BLE2LIN, which makes it possible to wirelessly control your application via the Bed Control App.

Assembling a single actuator system

How to assemble a single actuator system

The system consists of:
Single actuator(s)
1 x Switch Mode Power Supply
1 x CBH Advanced
1 x Bluetooth® hand control
1 x Bluetooth® Adapter

  1. Connect single actuators in channels 1-2 to control adjustment of, for example, backrest and leg support. (With the 3-channel CBH Advanced; the 3rd channel can also be used for an actuator)
  2. Plug the DC cable into the CBH Advanced
  3. Plug the Bluetooth® Adapter into the CBH Advanced
  4. Connect to the mains
  5. Pair the hand control (press the two top buttons simultaneously)
  6. The system is now ready for setup

Assembling a single actuator system with massage motors

How to assemble a single actuator system with massage motors

The system consists of:
Single actuator(s)
Massage motor(s)
1 x Switch Mode Power Supply
1 x CBH Advanced
1 x Bluetooth® hand control
1 x Bluetooth® Adapter

  1. Connect single actuators in channels 1-2 for back and leg adjustment
  2. Connect massage motors in channels 3A and 3B
  3. Plug the 2-pole DC cable into the CBH Advanced
  4. Connect the other end of the cable to the SMPS and connect the mains cable
  5. Connect to the mains
  6. Plug the Bluetooth® Adapter into the CBH Advanced
