Troubleshooting guide in the LINAK Bed Control™ app

When an app becomes a tool

With the integrated step-by-step troubleshooting guide, the app not only controls the adjustable bed, but it also helps reduce support enquiries.

Instead of searching online for manuals, the in-app guide provides help precisely when and where it is needed.

 

Three simple guides

When an error message appears in the Bed Control™ app, the consumer is directed to the troubleshooting guide, which consists of three simple steps:

  1. Check whether the bed is connected to power, and that the power is turned on
  2. Check whether the app is properly connected to the bed
  3. If the remote is not responding, there is also a guide on how to resolve this

The help button can also lead the user to additional support and videos.

If none of these options work, the consumer will need to contact the support function of the place of purchase. However, resolving basic issues prior to contacting support will help streamline the process.

Each step of the guide includes descriptions and graphics to support understanding.
